Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. This re-checks your App Store purchase with Apple. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. Open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions, and select VertTest. You can also use the Manage subscription link in the app’s Settings.
VertTest needs camera access to record your jump. Check Settings → Apps → VertTest on your iPhone and make sure Camera access is enabled. High-frame-rate capture requires a physical iPhone — older devices may record at a lower frame rate, which reduces measurement precision.
Videos are saved to your photo library on your device. They are never uploaded — only the measured numbers are stored in your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Open Settings in the app to delete your account and all data, or email us at the address above and we’ll do it for you.
